Back in Sweden, after having accompanied Ulf Evenås Sensei to St Petersburg, Russia. 170 participants came from all over Russia (some as far as from Siberia – seven hours by plane) and Eastern Europe to be part of this 2 day seminar. We met many old friends and, as always on seminars, also made new ones.
We also took the time to walk around in the very beautiful city of St Petersburg with its many interesting buildings, museums and churches. What better solution is there to leg pain after the seminar than to walk up all the 300+ steps up to the St Isac Cathedral cupola to look at the fantastic view over the city.
